Orders & Payments
How can I order a model?
Orders can be placed through the request form on our website. After receiving your request we will contact you to discuss specifications, availability and delivery details.
Is payment require when submitting the request form?
No. The request form is only an inquiry. Final price, shipping cost and payment details will be confirmed before production starts.
Can I request a custom configuration?
Yes. Colour schemes, accessories and other details are discussed individually after the request is submitted.
When is payment required?
Payment is requested only when we are ready to begin work on your model.
If production can start within a short time after receiving your request, we will confirm the order and provide payment details.
If our production schedule is already full and the model cannot be started immediately, your request will remain in our queue. When your turn approaches, we will contact you again to confirm the order and arrange the payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment are accepted via bank transfer or PayPal.
Bank transfer is the recommended method for customers within Europe, as transaction fees are usually very low.
For customers outside Europe, PayPal can also be used if preferred. Please note that due to PayPal processing fees, an additional 5.5% fee will be added to the total amount when the payment method is used.
Do you require a deposit?
No advance deposit is required. Payment is requested only when production of your model is ready to begin.

Where are your models manufactured?
All Ston Models gliders are designed and manufactured in Bulgaria.
What classes are your models designed for?
Our models are designed for the F3K and F5K competition classes. Rocket-gliders are available too.
Are your models suitable for beginners?
Our models are primarily designed for experienced pilots and competition flying, but they can also be enjoyed by any pilot with basic DLG experience.
What is include in a Kit or RTF configuration?
Kit models include the air-frame and basic hardware.
RTF (Ready to Fly) models are delivered fully assembled and ready for installation of receiver and battery.
Can I use the same wings across different Shaman models?
The Shaman family shares full wing compatibility. Wings from the Shaman 2, Shaman Evo, or original Shaman can be paired with all of the F3K and F5K fuselages. This lets you fly multiple configurations (DLG and electric) with just one set of wings.
What is the difference between Shaman 2 and Shaman Evo?
The biggest difference between the Shaman 2 and the Shaman Evo lies in their tail configurations and control setups.
The Shaman 2 features an dihedral stabilizer with a single elevator, enabling traditional 4-servo control for a light weight, simple setup.
The Shaman Evo advances further with an dihedral stabilizer featuring separate elevators, utilizing 5 servos for the ultimate in responsiveness.

Do you support older models like Wizard?
Yes. Spare parts and support for Wizard models may still be available on request.
